Baked Coconut Cake | Gluten free

This gluten free sweet and simple 5-ingredient bake is a coconut lover’s dream.

INGREDIENTS
1 can sweetened condensed milk

3 eggs

1/2 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup milk

2 cups grated coconut

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, eggs, coconut milk and milk. Stir in the grated coconut, then pour into a greased baking dish.

Bake for approximately 25 minutes.
