Cauliflower Overnight Oats | Keto

110 g cauliflower heads, grated
4 ½ tbsp ground flax
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 ½ tsp stevia
165 g almond milk
1 ½ tsp nutmeg
1 ½ tsp ginger
3 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

Directions

Make cauliflower rice – just chop the cauliflower florets in a food processor.

Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and mix until well incorporated.

Transfer into container or jar and refrigerate overnight.

Serve chilled.
