Watch me make this cabbage soup from start to finish!

Throughout the diet, I also use salt (very lightly), pepper, lots of herbs & seasonings, olive oil and a tad of butter. These changes have never affected my results.
I NEVER thought I’d like this cabbage soup, but it’s so yummy!

Ingredients

Cabbage – 50gms

Carrot – 1

Tomato – 1

Pepper – 1 tsp

Salt as per taste

Butter – 10gms

Garlic – 2

Onion small pc. (optional)

Method

Boil Carrot, Cabbage, Tomato, Garlic & onion with lil bit of salt for 3-5 whistles.

Mash the boiled vegetables & strain them into a soup pan.

Boil the soup again adding salt pepper & butter for 5 minutes.

I strain the soup because in the diet I follow Am not supposed to take any fibre so i do that step.

Finally you can add chillies or hara dhaniya & enjoy the warm soup.
