Yummy, Cheesy, Healthy and tasty palak omelette under 10 minutes. Loaded with protein, iron and vitamins this spinach omelet makes for a amazing breakfast. It can be served alone or with bread, chapati or even as a side in an Indian meal.
Palak Leaves-half Bunch
Grated Cheese-2 Tablespoons
Chilli Flakes-1 Teaspoon
Ginger-1 Small Piece
Rock Salt-as Per Taste
Pepper Powder-1 Teaspoon
Coconut Oil-2 Tablespoons
Boil Water in a Vessel. Add the Washed Palak Leaves in It and Keep for 10 Mts.
After 10 Minutes Drain the Water From the Leaves.
In a Blender add blanched Palak leaves, coriander leaves, ginger and Green chillies.
Make a Fine Paste.
In a bowl add the Eggs, palak paste, salt, pepper powder. Mix Everything Well.
Heat the Pan for Making Omelette.
Add Coconut Oil/ butter.
Add the Egg Mixture Omelette.
Sprinkle Grated Cheese and Chilli Flakes on Top.
In Medium Flame Close the Lid and Cook for 3 to 4 Minutes.
After 2-3 Minutes Open the Lid and Flip the Other Side.
Cook the Other Side of the Omelette.
Yummy Palak Cheese Omelette Is Ready to Serve.
