This Low Carb Quick Paneer Tikka makes either a handy appetizer on its own or a welcome addition to other sauces and dips. When I figured out how to make Paneer without having to babysit the process, I started to think of quick and easy things I could do with the paneer. I have this included in my diet plan mostly for lunch which keeps my stomach full till evening.

Ingredients

Paneer-200gms
Red Chillies-2
Coriander Leaves-few
Garlic Cloves- 6-7
Ginger Piece-1 Small
Freshly Crushed Pepper Powder- 1 Teaspoon
Limejuice-1.5 Teaspoons
Red and Green Bell Pepper-1 Small Piece Each
Butter/ Olive Oil-1 Teaspoon
Butter(for Frying)-1 Tablespoon
Rocksalt-as Per Taste

Method

Take Paneer Block and Make Into Small cubes or Long Slices.
In a Mixie Jar add Red Chillies, bell Peppers(Capsicum), garlic, ginger, coriander Leaves, rock Salt, pepper Powder, olive oil & lime Juice .
Make a Fine Paste.

Heat the Pan.
Add a Little Butter.
Dip the Paneer Slices in the Masala Paste and Fry It in Medium Flame.
Turn the Other Side Also and Fry .
You Can Add Capsicum and Onion Slices With This and Fry.(Optional).
Switch Off the Flame.
Serve It Hot.
