Funfetti Waffle Cookies

Making waffles at home is not only possible, but also easy & just as crunchy, light, and delicious as you had in a waffle shop!

Ingredients :

50g melted butter

2 eggs

80g caster sugar

100g plain flour

1/4 tsp salt

1tsp Funfetti

Method:

In a bowl whisk eggs & sugar until fluffy.

Add Flour & salt & mix until the flour is incorporated.

Add melted butter, vanilla essence & funfetti & mix.

Add the batter onto a waffle iron or waffle pan & heat until golden.

Cook the waffles according to the directions on the waffle iron. All waffle irons are different so the amount you should add to it and how long you cook it for will vary.

Serve them hot with honey or chocolate syrup. Enjoy
