Enjoy your lunch with this simple roasted chicken recipe.

Ingredients
Chicken (with skin) – 1 full
Butter -2 tbsp
Garlic crushed – 3-4 cloves
Oregano – 2 tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Salt as per your taste
Potatoes – 4-5 sliced on half
Chicken stalk – 1 cup

Salad Bowl:
Olive oil -1 tbsp
Greens – 1 cup
Cottage cheese – 1cup
salt
pepper
Lemon juice 1 tsp

In a bowl Mix melted butter, garlic, oregano, chilli pwdr & salt until well mixed.

Rub this butter mix all over the chicken front & back.

In a baking tray add chicken stalk & arrange the potatoes all ver the tray & place the chicken over the potatoes.

Bake @ 175 degrees C for 10-12 minutes until the skin is dark brown or nicely roasted.

Salad Bowl

Add your greens, cottage cheese, Lemon juice, olive oil, salt & pepper into a bowl & give it a good mix.

Serve with the chicken for a nice lunch or dinner.
