Pink Smoothie Bowls
Pitaya / Dragon fruit is rich in vitamin C, which is great for strengthening immunity, producing collagen, and maintaining glowing skin that’s healthy!

HOW TO:
– 2 frozen bananas
– 1/2 cup peaches, or mangos
– 1/2 fresh pitaya / dragon fruit – 1/4 cup coconut milk
Tips:
-Use a blender with a tamper/stick to push ingredients towards the blades
-Use little liquid if you want it to be thick like ice cream
-A blender with at least 1000w is best!
-Use all frozen ingredients
