Sesame Seed Biscuits
250g soft butter
100g icing sugar
2 tbsp grilled sesame seeds
2 tbsp cornflour
Icing Sugar+ Milk dip/ Apricot jam / Strawberry jam/ Chocolate dip
200g sesame seeds
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F)
Cream butter and sugar together. Add vanilla, grilled sesame, cornflour, sifted flour and mix until a smooth dough is obtained.
Roll into 27/30g balls, roll in sesame seeds and pack them into the silicone moulds.
Bake until browned. Let Let cool and un mould gently.
Dip the cookies in your choice of dip.
Fill the centre of each biscuit with jam of your choice.
