Ingredients

Brinjal Slices-4
Onions Chopped-1
Chopped Tomato-1
Capsicum Pieces-1/4 Th Cup
Garlic Gloves-6
Dry Red Chillies-4
Chilli Flakes-1/2 Tsp
Pepper Powder-1 Tsp
Grated Cheese-half Cup
Basil Leaves(Tulsi Leaves)-few
Pumpkin Seeds-1 Tablespoon
Walnuts-3 to 4
Olive Oil-3 to 4 Tablespoons

Method

Cut the Brinjal Slices and Dip It in Salt Water So Colour Will Not Change.
First We Need to Prepare Sauce.
Heat a Pan.
Add Olive Oil.
Add Onions, garlic and Fry.
Add Some Salt for Quick Fry.
Add Capsicum and Tomatoes and Fry Well.
Add Red chillies, pepper Powder, tulsi Leaves and Fry Well.
Add Walnuts and Pumpkin Seeds.
Add Cheese and Switch Off the Flame.
Once Cooled Make a Paste of These Ingredients.
Add Some Olive Oil and Salt if Required to the Grind Paste.

For Making the Pizza Base Heat the Tawa, add Oil and Fry Only One Side of the Brinjal.
Fry One Side and Keep It Ready.
Take the Brinjal and Apply the Sauce.
Add Grated Cheese and Chilli Flakes.
Now We Need to Prepare the Pizzas.
Heat Tawa and Add Olive Oil.
Add the Brinjal Pizzas and Close the Lid.
Cook Till the Cheese Melts.
Switch Off and Serve.
