Cucumber Spinach Smoothie

105 g baby spinach
180 g Coconut milk
1 cucumber
1 ½ tsp Sugar Swap stevia or sweetener of choice
1 ½ tbsp coconut oil

Directions

Prepare all the ingredients.

Toss the spinach in a blender, then add ice cubes, the coconut milk, stevia, and coconut oil.
Peel the cucumber and cube it, and put that over the top.

Blend the shake for 1-2 minutes or until all of the ingredients are well incorporated.

Energy: 370 – 470 kcal.
