Keto coconut pancakes

Ingredients
3tbsp coconut milk
1 ½ large egg
1 ½ egg white
3tbsp coconut flour
1 ½tsp baking powder
1 ½tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes optional
1 ½tsp keto sweetener

1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender.

2. Pour the batter with a scoop on a heated and previously oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.

3. Cook on each side until brown and then serve.

4. Top with shredded unsweetened coconut.
