Keto Glutenfree Waffles | Sugar Swap | Swapna Madhuker

Keto waffles are a delicious low carb breakfast that requires a simple batter and a waffle iron! Made with simple ingredients, these waffles are a blank canvas to flavor up any way you like! 1 grams net carbs per serving.

Ingredients :

50g melted butter / Extra light olive oil / virgin coconut oil

2 eggs

80g powdered sweetener/ sugar substitute

100g Keto baking flour / almond flour

1/4 tsp salt

Method:

In a bowl whisk eggs & sweetener until fluffy.

Add Keto Baking Flour & salt & mix until the flour is incorporated.

Add melted butter, vanilla essence & mix.

Add the batter onto a waffle iron or waffle pan & heat until golden.

Cook the waffles according to the directions on the waffle iron. All waffle irons are different so the amount you should add to it and how long you cook it for will vary.

Serve them hot with honey or chocolate syrup. Enjoy
