Creamy Soft Scrambled eggs

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 tbsp butter
2 pinch black pepper
2 pinch Himalayan pink salt

PREPARATIONS
Crack the eggs into a medium bowl and whisk them very well.
Heat a skillet over low heat. Cooking your scrambled eggs on low heat will make them soft, creamy and fluffy.
Add the butter into the heated pan.
Pour the beaten eggs into the heated pan.
Using a silicone spatula, start swirling the eggs in small circles and across the pan. Stir constantly until eggs are slightly thickened and small curds start to form.
Then begin scrambling the eggs across the pan, making larger, creamy curds.
Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
Transfer to a plate and enjoy!
